IPM and its team with Jaco Meyer as head of the production department will ensure the highest standard of quality of product and control, from the moment of ordering raw material right down to the offloading of the poles and masts In the client’s store. Wall thicknesses are also guaranteed to be as per our design calculation especially at the access opening which is the weakest part of any streetlight or traffic signalpole.

 All anti-twist joints on streetlight poles and outreach arms are jig drilled to the nearest 0,5mm The same production method is applied to the column slip joints when required to do so.

All access and cable entry openings are cut out with PLASMA ARC 220 V DC Current, at an extremely low temperature ensuring that material properties are not adversely affected.
